Meet Your Caregivers
Diane Turner, MD: First, let me just say that I love to serve my patients. I love to see each and every one of there faces, even when they are sick. A little about me: I truly have been blessed with a wonderful family. I was born and raised here in the Boise area. It was here where I met my best friend, and husband, Jim. We have two kids that make our lives full of excitement. Sarah, who is married, works for me here at Oasis Medical Center, part time, and my son Jeremiah. Jeremiah attends school at Utah State University, he makes me laugh every chance he gets. I have been a Medical Doctor for over 25 years now, and served every one of these years right here in the Boise area. It is my hope that I can meet you soon, and share my vast experience treating, caring, and loving you....like a doctor should. On the lighter side, some fun things you might want to know about me: While I shouldn't eat pizza, I love it. Papa Murphy's Stuffed Chicken and Bacon is my favorite. My favorite LOCAL restaurants are: Madhuban (love Indian food), U Swirl, and Five Guy's Burgers and Fries (it is a good thing that I work here at Oasis Medical Center, just in case I need proper diet instruction!!!!!) I hardly ever go on vacation, but when I do...I love to visit John Newcome Tennis Ranch in the San Antonio Texas area, I really enjoy playing tennis. As far as my career goals: I really want to be happy and be in good health. Lastly, why I love to have my medical clinic...I love to serve my patients. That easy!
Stephanie, Office Manager: I have worked here at Oasis Medical Center for over 2 years now. I am married to my high school sweetheart Chris, and we have a little baby named Fox. When I have a free moment to go out for dinner, my favorite local place to go is Ono Hawaiian Cafe, and my favorite pizza is the BBQ Chicken from Idaho Pizza Company. My favorite vacation spot is Jamaica, the sun there is perfect for bathing in! Besides meeting all of our patients, second favorite part of my job at Oasis Medical center is my co-workers. We really are like a little family here. As far as my career goals, I hope to help Oasis Medical center grow throughout the community. I would like to think that one day I would be the Administrator of this great practice.
Sarah Nurse/Reception:
Brooke Nurse: To start off with, I am married to my sweetheart, Kip. We have a cute lab whose name is Sage. I grew up in the sticks here in Idaho, and I still live in them...just a little closer to town. I started my career as a medical assistant here at Oasis Medical Center, and I have been working here for around two years, and I love it. As far as pizza, I am a sucker for the Hell's Canyon or BBQ Chicken from Idaho Pizza Company. When I go out to eat, I very much enjoy Mongolian BBQ, Cheesecake Factory, Outback Steak House, and Chili's. I have traveled all around the world, but my favorite trip was to Grand Cayman where we were able to go to Sting Ray City. I love working for Oasis Medical Center, I really love caring for my patients, and my coworkers are the best! I enjoy meeting lots of new patients with a variety of medical conditions. I love being there to care for my patients, when they need it the most! As far as my career, I want to become the best medical assistant that I am able to be. One day, I might continue my education and become an RN, but for now I am happy right here at Oasis Medical Center. Although, my ideal career would be a Life Flight nurse....that would be AWESOME!
Harmony Med Tech:
Heather Med Tech: I am new here to Oasis Medical Center. I really enjoy helping in the urgent care, and family practice here at Oasis Medical center. I am getting ready to attend Boise State this fall (GO BRONCO'S!!!!). I love pizza, and I don't discriminate much against any pizza (only mushrooms YUCK)...but if I had to pick my favorite, it would be Pizza Hut's Meat Lover's pizza. I really love going out to eat dinner, and it is hard to pick one favorite, so I will list them off: Carino's, Casa Mexico, Red Robin, and Texas Roadhouse. Vegas Baby!!! That is my favorite vacation spot. I love all the excitement and energy that is there. I love to watch the Bellagio Fountains, walking down the strip at night, and going on the New York New York Roller Coaster!! I love working for Oasis Medical center, because it makes me feel important taking care of our patients. I love everything about the medical field...including the bloody stuff, and the adrenaline that comes with it!!!! I really thrive putting my knowledge into action. I also enjoy hearing that what we do here, actually helps people. It brings me a smile to know that I helped improve someone's health. I also enjoy the positive energy and my relationships that come from my co-workers and our patients. My ultimate career dream is to become an ER nurse. Working in Oasis Medical Center's Urgent Care because it gets me closer to my dream every day. I hope that I can gain as much knowledge and skill as I can...so I can save lives in the ER. I hope to show patients my passion for thier care, and the love that I have for them.
Danielle Administrative Assistant:
Jesse McMullin Administrator: After working in health care for 12 years, the opportunity to work for myself came with the opening of Oasis Medical Center. Dr. Diane Turner and I thought of a way to raise the quality of medical care offered here in the Southern Idaho area, and that secret is CARE. We wanted to build a facility that was technologically superior to anything else in the Boise - Meridian - Eagle area. And it is within this building that we show true love to all of our patients, true compassion, and true relationships. On a more fun note, I enjoy to frequent LOCAL businesses around our area, and as a result I have found some wonderful places to eat. Idaho Pizza Company's Hell's Canyon pizza is the best pizza I have ever had! As far as other local eats...I enjoy Miss Tami’s brunch on Saturday mornings, The Egg Factory, Kahootz, and Shake-n-Take Burgers. My family goes on vacation every year to Disney World. Disney truly is the most magical place on earth. If you are planning on going, you need to plan on at LEAST 6 days there to see all that Disney has to offer. My passion for health care is the reason that we opened Oasis Medical Center. I love our patients, and I love my employees. I look forward to each new day to work with my staff, and care for our patients. With my career, I hope to continue to raise the quality of health care by creating medical facilities that offers patients an opportunity to feel loved. Whether we open more Oasis Medical Center s or, if I continue to consultant doctors on the opening of their own practices….either way, I hope to be leading the charge on better quality health care.
